Everything included.

Up to 10 weeks of structured 1.5-hour volleyball training sessions, held once per week.

Who can attend?

Grades 4 to 12. Every skill level.

Weekly Junior Sessions are open to students in Grades 4 to 12. No previous volleyball experience is required.

When you register, your child is secured into the selected location and session time for the term, giving them consistent, structured time to learn, improve and stay active.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before training starts.

Can I register after the program has started?

As long as registrations are still open, you can sign up at any point. Keep in mind that deductions only occur halfway through the program.

What do I do when I arrive at a session?

When you arrive, our staff will greet you, check your name off on the roll and appoint you to your designated court.

What do I have to bring to the session?

Please bring closed-in shoes, a water bottle and comfortable sportswear to train in. We encourage players not to bring their own volleyball.

Do I get credit for missing a session?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer credit if your child is unable to make one or two sessions. If you know they will be away for multiple lessons, contact us to see if they may be eligible for support.

Are make-up sessions available?

If your child is unable to attend a session, we’re unfortunately not able to offer make-up sessions, credits or refunds. If you know your child will miss multiple sessions in a row, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to see how we can help.

Do we accept FairPlay Vouchers?

Unfortunately, due to certain government rules and regulations, Sharks Volleyball are not permitted to accept Fair Play Vouchers for any of our programs.

How do pro rata fees work?

Pro rata fees are only applicable from Week 4 of the current term and are subject to venue availability. Any adjusted fee will only apply for the remainder of that period.

Meet the Frenzy

Kayla Mears — Australian Beach Volleyballer

Kayla coaches regularly at Sharks Weekly Junior Sessions as well as Sharks Camps.

Kayla has represented Australia in many international beach volleyball competitions including FIVB events, Asian Championships, BPT Futures and more.

We look forward to Kayla continuing to share her expertise and experience with our young athletes.

Arrive ready to train.

Please attend the selected venue, day and time shown on your registration, and arrive a few minutes early so your child can be checked in and ready to start.

We always aim to run every session across the full school term. However, if a session needs to be cancelled due to venue availability, we appreciate your understanding that refunds or credits are not possible due to ongoing operational costs.
