What are Adult Training Sessions?
Leave the kids at home and join us for a fun and engaging weekly adult volleyball session - it's a real feeding frenzy of fun!
It’s the perfect way to get in some weekly fitness or maintain your volleyball skills.
Whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner, everyone is welcome to spike, serve, and socialise. Best of all, it's completely FREE! Come meet new people, stay active, and enjoy the game.

Program Details
Currently only available at one location, we’re endeavouring to grow the program and run it as if it were a gym membership. But before we get there, we need to grow a bigger following. SO we’ve made the program FREE!
Suitable for EVERYONE, if you’re 18 years old or older…
This program is design for people wanting to learn or practice skills or pick up the sport you once loved in your twenties. Either way if you’re new, advanced, or returning, Adult Training Session is designed for you!

That’s right, for the time being these sessions are COMPLETELY FREE.
So bring the spouse, work friend, old volleyball rivals, who cares, bring them all! We want to see this program flourish, and we can’t do that without YOU!
However, you do need to register your attendance each week.
How much does it cost?
Attend the venue location, session day and time you have registered for and arrive a few minutes before the starting time to get your name marked off the roll.

The Sharks Volleyball Frenzy is continually seeking growth and strength. We are thrilled to announce our ongoing partnership with Australian Representative Allysha Sims. Allysha currently plays for the Australian Women’s Indoor Volleyball Team as a libero and has also made her debut in beach volleyball too. Prior to her recent endeavours in the Philippines with the Australian Team, Allysha was playing professional volleyball out in Germany! We look forward to Allysha diving into Sharks Volleyball and sharing her experiences.
