A complete development system

The 10-week program gives selected athletes a clear training structure, useful measures of progress and insight into the standards expected at higher levels.

01

Structured development

Connect strength and conditioning with advanced technical and game-based work across the school term.

02

Testing and physical analysis

Access structured gym and training programs, performance testing, tracking and exclusive HPA content through the training app.

03

Pathway guidance

Learn from players with state, college and national-level experience who understand the standards and choices along the pathway.

04

High-performance environment

Train in a focused setting that expects athletes to arrive ready to work, respond to feedback and commit to their development.

Train at the right level

Commitment matters

HPA is selection-based so each athlete can train in a group suited to their current level and development pathway. Starting point matters less than being ready to focus, work and keep learning.

Selection boundary: submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. HPA supports development and pathway understanding, but it cannot guarantee selection in any representative, club, college, state, national or professional team.

  • Arrive ready to focus
  • Commit to the full development process
  • Respond constructively to feedback
  • Work with purpose in physical and court training
How applying works

Application first. Registration after acceptance.

The form helps Sharks understand the athlete's experience and whether HPA is the right training environment for them.

2

Your application is reviewed

The HPA team reviews whether the athlete is suited to the program and its training standards.

3

Register after acceptance

Completing the application does not create a place or payment obligation. Registration and payment occur only after acceptance.
